Establish Success Guidelines – The Behaviors that bring your mindset to life
Your success guidelines are the specific behaviors that everyone on the team agrees to demonstrate in order to achieve your goals. We analyze lessons from success and failures in the past. By closely looking at its own history, team members realize – individually and collectively – the specific behaviors that need to occur to create higher-level performance.
