Identify Your Team’s Mindset for Success – Your Operating Paradigm

Team performance starts with how the team thinks – collectively and as individual members. Often there are patterns of thinking that impede the team’s success. We identify any mindsets that are not serving you. Then we’ll envision a new mindset, or paradigm, that will lead to greater success that the entire team will commit to.

 Establish Success Guidelines – The Behaviors that bring your mindset to life

Your success guidelines are the specific behaviors that everyone on the team agrees to demonstrate in order to achieve your goals. We analyze lessons from success and failures in the past. By closely looking at its own history, team members realize – individually and collectively – the specific behaviors that need to occur to create higher-level performance.

Agree on Your Major Focus

Teams are most successful when everyone is aligned around a big goal. Your team will agree on this big goal.

 Define Measurable Goals

Measurable goals make your major focus concrete. You’ll go from knowing what you need to do in principle to defining each achievement that will get you there in simple, measurable terms.

Clear accountability

Each team member will know who is on the hook for what for every important action.

Defined strategies and action steps

Achieving the goals of your annual plan is based on delivery of Quarterly Milestones and Monthly Action Steps. We’ll work with you to set first quarter milestones and first month’s goals. You’ll learn to use this powerful framework to take the essential first steps towards achieving your mission critical goals.
