Leadership One-on-One Coaching
The challenge for CEOs and team leaders is to make the organization’s strategic plan a daily part of the work life of every employee—whether they’re in the Executive Committee or the Product Fulfillment Department. Along with that responsibility comes resolving conflicts, motivating, ensuring productive meetings, tracking and reporting progress, and maintaining loyalty.
Mission Critical Teams works with leaders on these skills and to address any obstacles that are preventing them from maximizing organizational performance.
Here are some of the key elements of the Mission Critical Teams’ Leadership Coaching Program:
Work style assessment and personal inventory –
After setting goals and ground rules for your coaching experience, we’ll look inward and clarify your strengths, weaknesses, and sources of motivation. We’ll also help you understand the potential positive and negative impacts of your professional behavior.
Reviewing your work environment –
We’ll continue the inventory process and shift to your work world. What are your explicit and implicit roles? How do others perceive you? Where do challenges come from and how do you address them? These assessment steps are necessary before we can identify your unique goals and a path to achieve them.
Defining your goals –
In this phase, we’ll work with you to define your goals and objectives. It’s important at this time, not to shift too quickly to creating an action plan of how to achieve those goals—that comes next. Here, we’ll focus strictly on endpoints and make sure they are achievable and appropriate.
